Bus Buddy is a prototype for a transit app geared towards kids that are just starting to use the public transit system on their own. It uses AR technology to gives clear directions on where one's bus stop is, tracks the bus to let the user know when to get off, and has a tracking feature that lets anxious parents know when their kid has arrived at their destination. Complete with colorful friendly avatars that act as the user's guide, this app would be fun to use for both new and experienced transit users.
